$10/dy parking for an enormous empty parking lot and no other options is ridiculous. The bathroom fan was broken. There were only two coffees and three cups for two people. With housekeeping every other day this is not enough. There were only two other cold cups. For the price of the room this is not good. The lobby was nice and the restaurant was excellent.

The place is amazing and we were thankful for the 2 complementary bottles of water we receive on the checkin. What was really expensive was the water bottles in the room. $6 each. Crazyyyyy

Lauren checked us in and was very helpful and kind. However, I was not expecting to have to pay for parking since Expedia did not share that information with me and I don't think guests should be paying for parking anyway. Also, the morning of our check out we had no hot water to take a shower :(

Beautiful hotel. Really quiet are tucked into an office park. No walkable restaurants but several options are a short drive away. If going to Boston, stay here and take the Southborough train into the city. Easy drive to the station. The city of Boston is very walkable and the trains are easy to navigate.

Didn't like the $10 a day parking fee. Doors to the rooms slam and are very loud. Ice machine on our floor doesn't work. Bathroom has hair from other guests still on the toilet and shower. Shower is a bit dingy looking. Water pressure is awful. Toilet paper that is in bathroom is about a quarter of a roll.
$6 bottle of water in the rooom.
