Firstly advertised as parking on site,there is no parking on site,when I mentioned this to staff that I’d booked due to it having parking they didn’t really seem that bothered. The rooms pictured must have been taken on the day of opening as they certainly don’t look like this anymore ,grubby and tired,do yourself a favour and stay somewhere else

This was a lovely place to spend 3 nights. Yes, the rooms are a bit dated, but were spotlessly clean and well serviced during the stay. All staff were suberb, from check in to bar staff, including one who helped me with a minor key problem while not actually working. Superb location for cathedral, shopping and river. I can't comment on the food as it suited me to eat elsewhere.
