The Perch is perfectly built to accommodate a family vacation or a weekend away with friends. Indoors, guests can enjoy spending time in the spacious living room to observe the Innsbrook wildlife through the wall of floor to ceiling windows, watch a show on the large TV, or cozy up with a good book or a puzzle or game (provided) next to the wood stove. Wifi allows for work from home in the spacious dining room.

The Perch is kid-friendly! It includes several items to keep your packing light: clip-on high chair, booster seat, pack n’ play, bunk beds, hand-held shower head, step stool, kid-sized dishes, books, toys, games, and water table.
