Nice beach property

It was a very cute place for my family to stay for a few nights. Right on beach, showers & pool available, plenty of parking, close to food and shops. Would stay again :)

This condo at Station One in Wrightsville was wonderful. It was clean, nicely decorated, and spacious. The view of the ocean was unbeatable. I would highly recommend and return in a heartbeat!

Paradise

LOVED Wrightsville Beach and the accommodations were great. Everything you could possibly need plus more. The view, especially the sunrise AND full moon, was exquisite from the balcony and the master bedroom. Will definitely return to this location.

We were very happy with the place. Clean, comfy beds, great view, and within walking distance for meals, coffee, and ice cream! The decor was very nice, colors pretty, and everything we needed was in the unit. Spacious rooms and OF balcony. Highly recommend.

Awesome views

This is a great location with awesome views. Could use a refresh on linens and pillows and they were pretty worn out and the Kureig did not work. Luckily there are two coffee shops right across the steeet. Overall it was what you would expect from a place right in the water!

Beach weekend

Came to wrightsville with the intention of making plans for our daughter’s wedding next year. Unfortunately we didn’t get much accomplished. The weather was lousy. The condo was nice enough it’s in a great location! Just wish the weather would have been better.

Lovely oceanfront condo

We had a lovely stay here. 4th floor oceanfront with ample parking, convenient location and nice secure building. The condo is very clean, well decorated with comfortable furniture/beds. It was a bit warm in the bedrooms even when leaving the doors open for a/c but it was also a very steamy week there. If I had any suggestions to offer, it would be just to add some newer/extra flatware and additional/newer towels, but we had everything we needed, and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Vacation July 2023

Our family vacation was great. The condo was in a good location for all our needs, grocery stores, restaurants, etc. For us older folks the TV’s were a little complicated for us at first but once we got the hang of it we had no problems. The storage down by the pool was wonderful. It was so convenient to store our beach gear and not have to take it to our condo. The condo was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was stocked well for our needs. The only thing I would suggest is that more bath towels be provided for the guest. I’m on vacation and really prefer not to spend my time doing laundry. We highly recommend this condo.

Not what I was expecting

The bathrooms are very outdated especially the master bath. Paint was coming off of the showers. Many outlets in the living room area did not work along with the master bedroom. Plugs were covered with tape. Cobwebs in the lighting fixtures. There was also no lighting fixture on the light in the master bath. We had a issue with big roaches as well in this condo more than one night. We would not stay in this condo again.

Station 1 - Paradise Rental

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time with a rental property in Wrightsville Beach. While some of the features in the rental unit needed some upgrade or routine maintenance, overall, the unit was clean and comfortable. The view was exquisite and access to beach was very convenient. To help Bryant with repairs the issues are noted below...but none would prevent me from a return visit or longer stay next year. Parking was a bit inconvenient, as we had some friends come by to visit, but we worked around that with a little planning. Perhaps Bryant could consider a few 'day' passes for company while there.1. Door Lock was a little tricky in getting it open and shut. When unlocked the door stuck and needed a little extra push to open. 2. Toilets were sluggish when flushed. 3. Balcony runner for the shudder was loose and shudder rattled a bit in the wind.4. Utility closets needed cleaning and organizing.

If you are looking for a less busy area this may not be the place for you! The beach was pretty full. It was great to be able to use the beach accessories that were unlabeled from in the storage area. The condo was a little dated but it was very well kept up and we had no problems. An alarm clock in the bedrooms would be a nice addition. Also a keurig style coffee pot would be more practical for guests that are bringing ALL their food, coffee condiments, spices, paper towels, and the like.:) just a suggestion, it in no way would keep me from renting again! Thank you so much!
