Omijacie to miejsce !

Niestety nasz pobyt w apartamentach( wynajelismy 2 na jedna noc ) nie pozostawil dobrych wspomnien. W obydwu pokojach byl mocno niewswiezy zapach( wietrzenie nie pomagalo odswiezyc pokoju ) w dniu naszego pobytu w windzie panowal niemozliwy smrod.W lazience w jednym z pokoi brak jakiegokolwiek mydla. w drugim pokoju dziurawe reczniki( zdjecia w zalaczeniu ).Brudna fuga przy brodziku w kabinie prysznicowej. Firanki brudne, pogniecione.Meble z wyraznymi sladami zuzycia. Absolutnie nie polecam pobytu w Silver Apartments! Omiajcie Panstwo to locum!

The Hotel receptionist is magnificent as she really helped us with everything finding the hotel is a bit of a mission and the car park but when they show you one time it’s so easy you have shops, transport restaurants everything is walking distance. It is awesome location

Oh my God, what a place.

Our first trip to Poland and we booked a 1 bedroom apartment and put in a studio. It had aircon and just blew recycled warm air. The only single chair had stains on it. The shower flooded the whole bathroom if you wanted more water in the shower than a dribble. Two sets of cutlery for three people. We only got a refund for the price difference of ordered versus delivered. Staff were very nice. Never again.

Loved our stay at the Silver Apartments. Have stayed there once before, and as we were coming back to Wroclaw again for a wedding we were happy to stay there again, as well as recommend it to friends, who also booked rooms there. It had everything we could possibly need, including a dishwasher in the kitchen area, and a washing machine in the bathroom! Nice clean room and great location. Because of our flight times we didn't meet anyone from the hotel, but I emailed before hand to arrange getting the keys, and instructions were clear and straightforward.

Great location.

My stay at Silver apartments was a good one and I would stay there again. Its located next to Plac Dominikanski, which is the first stop on the WRO Express Bus from the airport. It only takes 2-3 minutes to walk from the stop to the apartment entrance. The entrance is tricky to find first off - look for the doors with green Roman column decoration. This would be my only negative point - I had to ask around at other locations before I found the right point of entry, better signage would help. You check in at an office on the first floor. The apartment was ready when I arrived, about an hour before check in, so that was a bonus. The room was great, with a kitchenette including a microwave. The wi-fi was fine, no problems. The market square is only a few minutes walk away and the train station is just a quick hop away from the nearby Tram stop.

Nice stay

Hotel was lovely, the hotel is not advertised at all so we spent a good half an hour in a different building walking around trying to find it. We had absolutely no contact with the staff as we arrived late and checked out early and had to leave key in a post box. The room itself was nice, the bed sheets did not fit the bed however so my partner had to use a sheet as a blanket as the duvet was a double for a king-size bed. Location is excellent, just round the corner from the main square and airport shuttle bus stop.

Service can be improved

Address not easy to find. Lady from reception not too friendly. The flat is ok, bed-clothing was not enough for 4 people, but that's easynto correct. The shower in the bathroom has no courtains or protection, so having a shower means to have the whole bathroom wet. You can buy breakfast at reception when you check in, for very cheap price, or pay it 5 times more at the restaurant that provides it if you want to pay on the same day.

Great overnight stay in a pet friendly apartment.

Our accommodation was a rather large studio apartment within 5 min walk from the historic downtown in a building which could be probably classified as prime real estate for Wroclaw. Parking garage is conveniently in the basement of the same building. There is no reception or front desk per say, so you should make arrangements for the keys pick up, if you are planning to arrive after normal business hours. We arrived late at night and were able to pick up the apartment keys and parking instructions from the doorman. Nice stay overall. Would use their services again.

Great place with poor bed and wifi

Good location at the fringes of the old town. The room was well-equipped with laundry and dish washing machines, and with a good air conditioning. The bed was somewhat sub-standard and wi-fi was slow and unreliable. Otherwise great place to stay.

Excellent apartments and location - would definitely stay again. Great amenities including W/D. Bedroom could use black-out shades however, and shower flooded floor because drain was slow. Otherwise a great stay.

Great stay, would visit again

At first we struggled to find the apartments, as the entrance was through what looked like a large foyer to n office building. But once we were pointed in the right direction everything went smoothly. Reception staff were really helpful. Our apartment was lovely and had everything we could have needed for the weekend stay. Including our own washing machine, and kitchen facilities. We were just minutes from the main square and shopping malls

We traveled to 5 different locations on this trip and this was our favorite for accommodations. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment that was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. It seemed to be newly remodeled and beautiful. The staff was very nice and helpful. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. And we loved Wroclaw too! The location is perfect, close enough to the town square but just outside of the hustle and bustle.

Great apartment but uncomfortable pull-out sofa

The location was great and the girl who was our main contact for the apartment was very helpful. The only downside was that the pull out couch was very uncomfortable and we did not get a restful sleep the 2 nights in Wroclaw.
