Deltamar 62 Solo Familias!

The Deltamar I residential complex is located at the southern end of Xeraco beach, first line with direct beach access, low construction without elevator, has a lake pool surrounded by 4,000 m2 of gardens. It offers optional underground parking spaces.



Apartment available on the first floor with a side South-facing terrace with sea views. It has a kitchen with an American bar equipped with dishwasher, a gallery-laundry room, a living-dining room, three bedrooms (one single and two double bedrooms) and two bathrooms.



Equipped with everything necessary for cooking and setting the table, and bed linen and towels. They have television, washing machine, microwave, WIFI service and offers AC in the living-dining room.



Pressure cooker, mixer and electric toaster are not standard; therefore, if any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!



Capacity 5/7 people. Young groups are not admitted. Pets are admitted under consultation and request.



The Xeraco City Council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).



Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services.



YOUNG GROUP IS NOT ADMITTED (under thirty years old).



Pets are admitted upon request, maximum weight 10 kg. Supplement 5€/night (maximum weight 10kg).



Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels. Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, mixer, toaster and hair dryer are not standard. If any of these are essential to you, do not forget to bring them!



Key collection will be made at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE Nº7 PLAYA DE XERACO, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. The exit and evacuation of the accommodations will be carried out before 10:00 am. Keys can be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or will be returned to our offices. Prior to key collection, a deposit of 150 € will be deposited, which will be returned after apartment review, and if the company deems it appropriate, up to 48 hours after evacuation.
