Las Terrazas E.3 2º Solo Familias!
Wonderful low-rise residential complex (3 storeys) with lift, offering a swimming pool with a cordoned-off children's pool surrounded by landscaped areas. The apartment is located on the second and top floor, furnished with good taste and practicality. It features a kitchen, laundry-gallery, living room, three bedrooms, and a large east-facing terrace with views of the Human Rights promenade, pedestrian and landscaped, in Xeraco Beach. From this terrace, access is gained via stairs to an upper terrace of 60 m2.
A step away from the centre of Xeraco beach, where you can find all types of services, and fifty metres from a sports area and playground for the little ones.
Capacity 6/7 people.
YOUNG GROUP NOT ALLOWED (under thirty years old).
Pets are allowed (maximum weight 12 kg).
Our apartments are delivered clean and include bed linen and towels (1 bathroom-shower/person, 2 toilet/bathroom). Includes fortnightly bed linen change. We recommend you bring a small kit with cleaning/laundry products/various. Pressure cooker, blender, toaster and hairdryer are not standard. If any of these are essential, do not forget to bring them!
Key collection will be at our offices, at C/ TOSSAL DE L'ULLASTRE No. 7 XERACO BEACH, from 1:00 pm. There is the possibility of key collection outside office hours, by requesting it in advance and having previously deposited the deposit. Departure and evacuation of the accommodations will be before 10:00 am. Keys may be deposited inside the accommodation after consultation, or returned to our offices. Upon arrival, you will have two options to address possible damages: either leave a deposit of €150 which will be returned after apartment review, or contract an ACCIDENTAL damage exemption (Insurance) for €28 non-refundable.
The Xeraco town council offers and manages a free public WIFI service throughout Xeraco beach (service not guaranteed inside apartments).
Xeraco beach offers lifeguard service in high season, as well as a wide variety of beach bars, restaurants, ice cream shops, supermarkets, press, pharmacy, and many other services. The water entry slope is gentle, ideal for children and seniors. It is a very family-friendly beach, with little traffic, surrounded by fantastic nature and landscapes. In low season, we recommend having vehicle access to move around the region, where there are many cultural and gastronomic visits worth making. There are many hiking routes, both in the mountains and through the marshland. The latter is very popular among ornithologists. L'Ahuir beach, a stretch of virgin beach without buildings, due to its environmental and ecological weight, where birds nest and we find native plants, is undoubtedly another experience for the visitor. Let's not forget fishing, practicable on beaches, sea arms and rivers.
