Very noisy if you chose a room that face the sea, people sing KTV at the beach every night so it’s super loud at night time and no time limit. Hotel staff can’t control it because it’s outside the property. If you wanna a quit a space to stay It’s definitely not a good option. And a lot of mosquitos.

Good!

The hotel was pretty new, the staff was nice. There was usually a queue to enter breakfast room especially between 9 and 10. Breakfast was pretty tasty but monotonous. Outside tables were definitely a plus. The swimming pools were clean but few lounge chairs around them in general. I recommend full sea view rooms because some partial sea view rooms have no sea view. In July, 95% of guests were families with children. Usually all outside lights go off around 11pm so hotel seemed pretty lifeless. The dinner buffet was great.
