Great location near the Muslim Quarter and central. Very comfortable bed and nice room design, although floor is showing wear, definitely used the slippers. My only dissapointment was that the hotel website listed an on-site bar, which was not open. Also listed a restaurant, this must have included the breakfast room as there was not another restaurant in the hotel. However, the hotel is literally surrounded by restaurants so there are plenty of options!

Hotel was centrally located and within walking distance to drum tower, bell tower and Metro station. Room was clean and spacious. The receptionist and all staff in the hotel was friendly and helpful. There is a travel desk at the ground floor and able to make last min tour arrangement. There are a few restaurant along the street in front of the hotel. Only negative point is the room seem a bit dated but the location and staff more than make up for it. Highly recommended hotel for 1st time traveller to Xi'An.

Hotel staff were friendly and ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. The room was spacious and was well maintained. The free breakfast had a good variety of western and Chinese items. The hotel was excellent value for the money.

The staff had a fantastically great first impression. The staff was helpful in assisting me with questions and finding things I need and store to go to. They also offered to assist me in visiting tourist attractions around the city. The hotel itself was great and within walking distance to multiple restaurants with fantastic food. I plan on returning in the future.

Hotel is on a very crowded noisy street. Noisy inside out with car honking and restaurant loud speakers blasting almost all the time. Our room was on a high level, we switched room mid-way of our stay but still could not escape the noise. One night some hotel guests shouted late into the night. Laundry machines are not in good working condition. We were regularly pestered by a sales person in the hotel lobby trying to sell us show tickets. Overall we would not recommend this hotel for stay.

This hotel is perfectly located in a not so clean neighborhood. But other than that hotel is very good. Staff great. Clean and breakfast was good options. Walkable to everything.

Clean and quiet hotel in a great location. Breakfast is awesome too. Downstairs is the Zhubashi Night Market. Across the street are fruit shops, drink shops, restaurants and convenience stores. Just down the street, just a block a way, is the Xi'an Drum Tower. Behind the Drum Tower, is the Beiyuanmen Night Market (Muslim Street/Muslim District), Xi'an biggest night market. Within the meandering side streets of the Beiyuanmen Night Market is the Great Mosque of Xi'an. The Xi'an Bell Tower is about 10 minutes walk away. The Xi'an Wall is about a 20 minutes walk. It is a super convenient. The hotel breakfast is solid. There is a chef station that will custom make you dumplings, noodles and eggs. While the Western fare is pretty basic, there is a huge variety of Chinese breakfast: White and millet porridge, chow mien, yiow tiew, pickles stirfried veggies (so good), baos, tea egg, soy milk, yogurt drinks and so much more. There are a few down sides, but not enough to give it less than 5 stars. There is no bar on the roof top, but you can still visit it. It offers a breathtaking view of Xi'an's skyline; especially at night. The AC is not cold enough, but this is typical of climate control in Xi'an (even when you go to the fanciest malls). It's cooler than the outside, but not as cold as I was accustomed to in the U.S.
