Accommodation/rooms were spacious and fantastic but hotel was very understaffed in every area. Staff good but very stretched to the max which meant long waits for everything. Kids entertainment/kids club was horrendous. Absolutely nothing organised for kids aged between 6-12. Drinks not good. Manger in-charge of buffet/restaurant was fantastic. Went above and beyond when you needed something. Loved it that you could use the other HL hotels in the area with your all inclusive.

good location, good food

We had a really enjoyable holiday here from the 26th December 2012, complex very good, the animation team really worked hard to get people invlolved . Food very good in the restuarants. Only moan would be the beds!, they were soooooo uncomfortable.

Nada extraordinario

Los servicios no se corresponden con la categoria de 4 estrellas, las toallas de la piscina son pequeñas y están muy desgastadas, el mobiliario muy viejo, los alrededores de la piscina lleno de vasos por el suelo, la vajilla excesivamente sucia, casi imposible encontrar un plato limpio, la comida muy repetitiva y la fruta escasa.
