Located on a residential road, Villa Artenara is just a 10 minute walk from the Rubicon Marina, a popular, upmarket area to dine, shop and enjoy the activities. A short 15 minute walk, or 5 minutes’ drive take you to the nearest beach of Playa de las Coloradas providing picturesque views of Fuerteventura and the island of Lobos. Playa Dorada with golden soft sand is also within 5 minutes’ drive or 20 minutes' walk.
