Villa Flavia is a spectacular ECO villa with impressive views of Lobos Island and Fuerteventura. Perfect for a family or friends holiday, this property combines comfort, entertainment and sustainability in a privileged location.
Villa Flavia has fibre optic WiFi throughout the house, air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, and a spacious layout to ensure maximum well-being.
On the first floor you will find 2 bedrooms with queen-size beds, spacious wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms with shower, bidet and washbasin and 1 additional toilet.
Fully equipped independent kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, American coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, oven and complete kitchenware and a dining room with spectacular sea views and direct access to the terrace and pool.
On the ground floor there is a large games room with billiards, Air-Hockey, Pac-Man and other digital games, as well as a Smart TV with international channels; and 3 additional rooms:
One with desk, screen and keyboard, ideal for teleworking.
Another with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and access to a private terrace.
A last room with four single beds, perfect for children. And finally 1 complete bathroom with shower, bathtub, double washbasin, WC and bidet.
Enjoy its spacious terrace with barbecue, outdoor dining and panoramic sea views. The outdoor area is equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture to relax under the sun. The private pool and jacuzzi add an extra touch of comfort.
