The villa has its own private heated swimming pool (if heating required, £12 per day). Located near to the new yacht harbour Marina Rubicon, this is a private, safe and luxury residential resort in the south of the Canary island of Lanzarote. Ideal for families or couples wishing to enjoy their holiday in a peaceful place, within walking distance of the golden beaches of Papagao and numerous restaurants of Playa Blanca. Comfortably sleeps 6 (3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms, and is ideally situated in Playa Blanca overlooking the new Marina Rubicon. Through the summer the Marina hosts programmed free events, including, music, parades, bouncy castles and face painting for children.

So we arrived at the address given, which didn’t include the villa number we later found out it was number 9 after contacting the host .Everything looked fine and we all settled in. We had to contact the management team as we couldn’t get the tv to connect and he sorted it for us the following morning. Pool man came twice a week and cleaner came once a week .i think it was only to change the beds and leave fresh towels which I have to say have seen better days , they were rough and threadbare. No dusting of furniture was done or floors swept and mopped . We were a party of 5 ladies all pensioners and there were not enough comfortable seats eg. a three seater sofa and one chair . One of us had to sit on a garden chair, for the duration of our stay which was 29 days.We had a couple of storms while we were there and had water coming through the ceiling in the en-suite and also the utility room . Both were reported.Overall this villa was well situated and if the above comments were addressed I would have rated higher.

Lovely villa hosts were brilliant very clean small leak discoved during heavey rain promptly sorted family bathroom wasnt fully functional however was given heated pool as compensation would happily stay again

The villa was really well equipt and clean. Felt private even though it was in a complex of villas. Only a 5 minute walk from Marina Rubicon which has plently of restaurants and shops as well as a market twice a week which is well worth a visit! The 'Lasal' complex is only a 10 minute walk which also has some lovely restaurants, and live music.Well worth taking the scenic costal walk down to the port where there are some sweet small beaches as well as lots of restaurants and bars on the seafront.This was our first time in Playa Blanca as we usually visit Puerto del Carmen. However we will definitely be returning!

The house was lovely and in a very convenient for restaurants - about a twenty minute walk most of which was along the shoreline. Excellent communication with hosts. Would certainly consider staying again if we're in the area.

Great stay

Great place. It was clean and in good order when we arrived, and true to description. The house is lovely, in a quiet area, yet close to the beach, shops, restaurants. The pool area is lovely, with a barbecue and sun lounger, the beds and the rest of the house are comfortable and suitable for groups or families. I was a little worried about the noise mentioned in another review, but it was so nice and quiet! The hostess is nice, flexible and accommodating. All in all it was a very pleasant stay! Would definitely recommend it.

We spent a week at Playa Blanca in Natalies' villa with friends and absolutely loved it.The villa was very clean and well equipped with everything you might need. Refreshing pool

Lovely villa with everything you need for a relaxing break, pool is refreshing and great to hang out around. Perfect position 5 minutes walk to shops and the marina with plenty restaurants and the market every Wednesday and Saturday with lots of interesting stalls to see. The only down thing is that we're not still there enjoying the pool.Thanks!

Pleasant but could do with an upgrade.

Villa is much more spacious than pictures imply which was nice. We paid extra for air con in bedroom and pool to be heated. Did think the pool area could do with sprucing up but overall not a bad little find enjoyed our stay. Great location for the villa as you were 5 minutes walk from the marina.

Great Villa

The villa is in a great location that is a few minutes walk to the marina, restaurants, grocery store, and shops. While the place can get warm during the day since there is no AC, there are several fans provided and opening the windows cools down the place significantly. The kitchen had everything needed to cook and the outdoor shower is nice to enjoy. Highly recommend booking!

Excellent holiday

We stayed for 12 days in August. Very good communication on website and very easy to book. Very clean villa with everything we needed for our stay. Pool clean and was cleaned twice whilst we were there. Cleaners came mid week and changed our bedding/towels. There was no need to heat the pool as it was warm enough without. Would recommend using fans and opening windows to make more comfortable at night. Villa close to supermarket and there is a Waitrose close by if you turn right out of the Villa and walk up the hill. Very close to marina and beach with a nice coastal walk. Must recommend Ranch Texas zoo and Western night during your stay. Will be returning in the future. Thank you.

All about the location

Fabulous stay at Natalie’s villa. Communication was excellent, check in simple, villa had everything we wanted. The location is perfect, couple minutes walk to the Marina and then 15-20 mins more into Playa Blanca. Definitely recommend this holiday accommodation.

Great Location for a relaxing holiday

Lovely property in wonderful location

This is a spacious, well maintained, delightful property that is fully equiped with all home comforts - kitchen, dining, entertainment technology (on-line TV etc). The south facing rear garden offers glorious sunshine throught the day and is fully paved to maximise opportunity for outdoor living/dining. The small swimming pool provides a refreshing change from the rigours of the sunloungers. The location couldn't be better - only a short (5 minute) stroll away from the beautiful marina that provides a stunning backdrop to outdoor dining at the numerous excellent retaurants. We will definately be returning.

A perfect holiday

This villa is in such a great location, literally 5 minutes walk to the harbour area at Marina Rubicon. A lovely villa with comfortable furnishings and beds, the fans in each room were very welcome! Lovely sunny pool area and outdoor seating area too, in fact very well equipped with modern kitchen and bonus utility for washing clothes. The downstairs toilet & shower were very handy being so close to the pool. Would definitely book again if we were coming back to this area. Villa 9 (Scully’s) Experience

Property ok. Furniture tired & worn. Decorations dull. Bed linen, towels etc all very worn and badly fitting on double bed and pillows. Owner very rude when I contacted them to let them know dates when friends and family were visiting. I had put on the booking form that ‘various friends and family were visiting at different times during our stay’ Expected £100 additional payment for a pool light that came unclipped when not in use.

Fantastic family holiday

What a holiday! Myself, my husband and our two children (5 & 11) have just returned from a wonderful two weeks. We’ve always loved visiting Playa Blanca but this trip was certainly one we wont forget. From the day we booked communication with the owner was regular and no question was to much trouble. The villa itself was perfect for our family, it was in a great location and the facilities had everything we could possibly need, the pool was also a big hit with the kids. We had a little trouble figuring out how to start up the TV upon arrival but after a quick phone call it was dealt with and fixed within a few hours! We had a truly amazing trip even during the current issues brought on by the pandemic and we can’t recommend this villa enough. We’re already looking at dates to return! The Carroll family
