Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in Yalova, Black Bird Thermal Hotel truly stands out as the best. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall service were excellent. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always helpful, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The facilities and comfort level exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The only downside was the breakfast — it was not bad, but it felt limited and could definitely be improved to match the overall quality of the hotel.

Perfect Experience

We took a vacation with my mom for 2 night. Staff is really professional. It felt like a 5 Star hotel experience. Place is clean. Renting a car is strongly recommended if you want to visit beautiful places in the city.

Eşimle 1 günlüğüne geldik ancak keşke daha fazla kalabilseydik dedik. Çalışanlarının kibarlığından tutun odalarının konforuna kadar her şey dört dörtlüktü. Düşünüp odaya ektradan poşet bile koymuşlar. Herşeyi en ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünmüşler:) kahvaltısı da oldukça zengindi. O bölgede gidilebilecek en güzel otel diyebilirim. Misafirler de hep ailelerdi. Karma alanlarda hiç rahatsız edici bir şeye denk gelmedik. Aşağıdaki spa alanı ayrı temiz, çatıdaki havuz ayrı temizdi. Havuzdan mis gibi kokular geliyordu. Otele erken giriş yapıp biraz gecikmeli çıkmamıza da izin verdiler. Gönül rahatlığıyla konaklayabilirsiniz

Ekonomik oda pek iyi değildi daha önce de eko aldığımız olmuştu başka tesislerde ama böyle havasız basık küçük apartmsn bosluguna bakip havalanmayan ilk kez gördük. Dış havuzu da diğer termal otellere göre küçüktü, buranın dört yıldız olup , diğerlerinden kötü olması şaşırttı bizi, içerideki kapali havuzları da çok küçücüktü, akşam yemeği ikramlıkları soğuktu . Buranın iyi otellerinden demeseler sorun yok ama kesinlikle dört yıldız diyemem
