Disgusting room with a bad body odor smell. The room just felt dirty. No hand soap in the room. We stayed one night out of necessity and left the very next morning. Staff was very unfriendly at both check in and out. Avoid this place if possible.

My rating reflects several concerns during my recent stay. We arrived around 10:00 PM. While I understand this is late, the lobby lighting was very dim and did not feel welcoming. Additionally, although this is a smoke-free property, there was a strong odor of smoke throughout the first floor. At one point, I accidentally left my wallet and keys in the room and went to the front desk for assistance. I understand the importance of security protocols; however, the process to obtain access to my room felt unnecessarily difficult before I was ultimately escorted to retrieve my identification. The room condition was also disappointing. There were visible cleanliness issues in the kitchenette and bathroom areas that should have been addressed prior to check-in. I have stayed at this property multiple times over the past three years. Unfortunately, the overall service level and condition appear to have declined. Based on this experience, I will reconsider staying here in the future.

Loved the room and the lighting for reading while on the couch. Both the bathroom and living area were spotless, well it, and comfy. Breakfast selection was the best I've seen in similar type hotels in a LONG time. Staff was great and helpful.
