We were greeted as soon as we got off the elevator, receptionist was very pleasant n friendly. When we wanted help going to a place, they gave us maps Our room was spacious n always clean. Restaurants were in abundance n not far from hotel.

I would like to let you know that there is an unpleasant smell coming from the carpet in my room. Apart from that, I would like to express my appreciation to the housekeeping staff — the room is always cleaned very neatly every day. The front desk staff are also very polite and helpful, which makes the stay even more pleasant. I also appreciate the hotel’s convenient location. The parking facilities are excellent, and there are many shops and malls nearby, which is very convenient for guests.

The staff was very professional and courteous. The room was comfortable and the location was great. The only thing I couldn't understand was why the housekeeping staff did not remove the used bath towels when they came to clean the room. The towels were hanging on the provided towel rack.

Amazing stay with my family of 4. Staff was excellent, helped us with shipping our luggage to our next hotel in Kyoto. The location is near family Mart and 7-11 and nearby several malls. I would stay here again! High recommend!
