We stayed 4 nights in this beautiful hotel and absolutely loved our stay. Everything is new, having a fridge, washing machine/dryer, good size kitchen, big bathtub, comfortable bed in the room was amazing. Close to the station, easy to get around. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious and highly recommend. Hot chocolate in City Bakery is the best. There are a lot of restaurants downstairs. Pizza was great. We will definitely come back again.

We stayed 3 nights in residential room. It was bright, spacious with lots of storage and electrical outlets. We had a small challenge first time finding the hotel but it was a breeze afterwards. It connects directly to NeWoman 2nd floor. Self serve luggage storage on day of check in and check out. This is top 3 of city hotels we stayed. Definitely one of those we are willing to return to.

The hotel staff were amazing. They were very accommodating from having a late check in to holding our bags getting there and leaving to the airport. They cleaned our rooms every morning so when we came back it was already set with new pajamas to get ready for the night without fail. I loved staying there will stay there again

I found Splaisir Yokohama to be lovely and comfortable. The check in staff was exceptional. The room was clean and relatively spacious. I enjoyed coffee and pastries at The City Bakery located in the lobby. The location was extremely convenient to Yokohama train station as well as excellent shopping. I highly recommend and would gladly stay again!

The air con does not work. Staff claimed the air con will not work if outside is cold. However, it was only 20 deg c outside and there is no window to let the air in. The room is stuffy. Everything else was ok.

This hotel is conveniently located 3 minutes from Yokohama Station. There are so many restaurants within walking distance and the shopping is fantastic. Totally recommend this hotel.
