The sauna area is closer for renovation, which was disappointing. I wish this was conveyed ahead of time. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Overall services are good except a bit dusty on the table, cupboard and headboard inside the room.

The Hotel is stunning. The staff was second to none. If you can, get the Bay-view rooms, well worth it.

I really enjoyed staying at the Yokohama Bay Hotel Tokyu. The view was fantastic, and the room was well-maintained. I stayed in one of the larger rooms, which provided ample space to get some work done. I can't praise the staff and service enough, they were excellent. The location is great, with easy access to malls, the amusement park, restaurants, and the subway station. The buffet breakfast was also excellent. Overall, a solid A+ experience! My only complaint is the lack of closets. There were none, which bothered me a bit since I like to organize my clothes immediately upon arrival.

Superb Hotel. Would Recommend!
