Staff was slow to check us in. Then the pool that they said was heated was ice cold. We went there to relax and use the pool to exercise in so this was disappointing. Also the walls were thin and whoever was in the room next to us was swearing a lot and demeaning whoever he was with. It was sad to hear the bad names and swearing he was calling out too! Sadly we won’t be back here

I live in Florida and travel to NH and Maine frequently I always stay at park sleep and fly hotels in Sanford before Early flight to Portsmouth NH. My flight was at 6AM 10-16 staying at this hotel for three nights. When I woke up I had a medical emergency and had to be transported by ambulance from hotel to hospital. I asked Best western to give me charge me for no-show due to hospitalionand cedit for future nights of 10-18 & 10-19 for a future stay. Other hotels on itineray agreed. They absolutly refused. I obviously will not be staying here again even though this is a twice yearly trip. Customer service is absolutely non-existent. I would caution anyone not to go to this hotel. Best Western has just lost more than I have lost for any future travel.

Our first night we were given a room upstairs. The air conditioner was so loud, we could not sleep. The next morning we complained, and they gladly moved us to a room on the first floor. That was our only complaint, otherwise, the staff was friendly, breakfast was nice, well stocked, comfortable beds. We stayed an additional night. Plenty to see in the local area.
