The house is beautiful, spacious, and the hosts are quick to respond. We did have a problem where the drive was was not cleared from an 8 inch snow/ Ice storm and we had to do it on the walkway and deck. We didn't use the jacuzzi for same reason. We didn't want to be responsible for that. When we contacted the hosts they responded quickly, but it was 1 person with a shovel, and the shoveling was barely the end of the drive way, and around the 2 car doors we parked. There were some greasy handprints found locations around the house (bedroom and oven doors). If staying in the basement, it gets cold, but the hosts provide many extra blankets. We still all loved the house in general.

Rey welcoming, very clean. Rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked, the hot tub has wonderful star gazing. Our host was super easy to communicate with and her responses were very quick.

This was the perfect place for our family and extended family to celebrate Thanksgiving. Everyone had a great time. There was ample of space for everyone and the kids loved going outside to play on the trampoline! The host (Kristina) was so responsive and helpful! Definitely going to add this to our list for future stays!

The house is very beautiful and so much space! Everyone was able to have a bedroom and bathroom to themselves. Everyone was very comfortable throughout the house. The furniture was beautiful and comfy. Would love to book again and stay longer. We came for my nieces wedding that was close to Harrisburg and everyone was able to get ready without being crowded. Would highly recommend staying here.

This property was excellent for a group of high school friends (graduated in 1975). We used this place as a hub and every day we ventured to a new area of Pennsylvania. The beds are excellent...everyone got a good night's sleep every night! The kitchen was extraordinary right down to the cookware. Kristina always returned communication with me very quickly and she was great at making sure we had everything we needed. This place is spacious and great for having comfort and room for all to have their own space. I will recommend this property to anyone that I know is planning to be in the York area.

This home is just beautiful. We had a Cousin's Reunion with six adults staying at the property. We appreciated one bedroom on the main floor as two cousins preferred not to do steps. The kitchen was well stocked as we enjoy cooking. We only used the hot tub one evening, as it was very warm for our stay, but it was great. We went to the York Fair one day, and Sight & Sound Theater in Lancaster. We only had one issue with dripping water in the bathtub, and Kristina took care of it immediately. She is a pleasure to work with. I would recommend staying at this beautiful home.

Wedding Weekend

My daughter's wedding was in York, PA and I needed a large home for our family, since we were all coming from distant states. It was the perfect house for us with spaces to gather and not feel cramped. Our group had a 7 yr old and the rest were 27 to 81. With all the bedrooms, everyone could retreat as they needed and not hinder those still socializing. The games provided were a suprise & huge hit with everyone! I would definitely book this house again if I need a large space in/near York, PA!

Overall we had a great stay! The house met most of our needs. While it was a little further from Hersheypark than we would have wanted, the price for such a large space was unbeatable. We were very comfortable and had very responsive hosts.Pros:- Plenty of space for everyone- Great location and quiet neighborhood- Toys in the basement and kids' room were great- Big, open backyard- Hot tub was nice, clean, and warm- Large, open floorplan- Big table for playing games and large couch for watching moviesCons:- The stovetop was cracked and injured one of our party- Vacuum didn't work and the floors showed it- Inconsistent cleanliness throughout the house- Confusing trash/recycling instructions/procedures- Not all bathrooms had the expected number of towels- The eat-in kitchen area needed more lighting, particularly in the evenings- More pantry space would have been appreciated

Memorial Day weekend trip

We stayed here Memorial Day weekend and had a great time. Communication with the host was excellent. The house was clean and beds were comfortable. Plenty of room for our small group. We enjoyed strawberry picking, a creamery and mini golf with our teens. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home.

Great location, a little lacking in appointment and cleanliness

Great location …. You can hit Hershey, Lancaster and Gettysburg. The property is great for families - great sized yard and quiet neighborhoods to walk or ride bikes. However, while the bathrooms and beds were clean, the property needed a deep clean and it looks as if renovations under way but not complete (spackle on walls but they aren’t painted). Carpets are stained and look very dirty. Windowsills grimy as well as other surfaces. You need to bring basics with you… plastic bags, dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, sponge for dishes, etc. The keurig was well stocked. Be careful of the step into the house as it is cracked.

Everything was great!

Everything was smooth from communication before check in, the check in process, being able to buy food and grill. The location was neutral for shopping and wasnt too far from Hershey Park, which is what we originally came for. The host was great!

Wonderful house in York

We stayed at this beautiful home in March 2025. The property, location and amenities were wonderful and very comfortable for our family. We were close to York, as well as Hershey Park and enjoyed the area attractions as well as local restaurants. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a luxury retreat for the whole family. We will definitely try to reserve this home the next time we are in the area!

Great stay at spacious house in nice neighborhood

We had a great stay in this house. With the number of bedrooms, bathrooms and gathering spaces our family (with adult children and partners) were able to be together, but have our own space when needed. The neighborhood was great for a morning or evening walk (hot during the day), with little traffic. This place was conveniently located for us with restaurants and grocery stores nearby.
