GORGEOUS! This house has high end finishes from top to bottom and its location can't be beat! When we arrived, it was easy to find and easy to enter. It's a short walk to Nubble Lighthouse & York Beach as well! Walking in, you are met with an unbelievable marble island in the kitchen and a beautifully decorated living space that looks out onto a specactular view off of a giant deck overlooking the crashing waves of the ocean! This house has 3 outdoor spaces along with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths! Not to mention 2 fireplaces! Each room has gorgeous decor and furniture with a cozy beach cottage feeling. The house offers crisp clean linens and towels and everything you need to start off your visit such as complimentary beverages in the refrigerator, coffee K cups, and even paper products! Certain small details such as beautiful scented soaps in each room, thoughtfuly placed coasters,TV speakers in the ceiling, and a guest account on Netfilx already set up made this trip for us that more special. Bruce, the property manager, even stopped by personally to see if everything was all right. This was a romantic fall getaway for us and it couldn't have been more perfect. We highly recommend and will return!

Our family greatly appreciated all this rental had to offer and had a perfect end-of-summer vacation at York Beach! Very clean. The view is phenomenal, and the area is quiet. Lots of little extras that add to the overall experience. I would highly recommend this property.

Wedding Bliss

We were visiting Maine for a good friend’s daughter’s wedding. A group of old high school friends with spouses. The house was wonderful and we were so thankful that we didn’t stay in a hotel. The views were amazing. The three stories of the house allowed us plenty of private areas. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked and we were so thankful to have coffee waiting together with the little extras such as aluminum foil, trash bags, and laundry detergent. Would definitely recommend this owner and property to anyone traveling to Maine. Five stars!!!!!

Stunning home, spectacular view

This home is absolutely lovely with spectacular ocean views from all 3 floors. There is a spa bathtub in the master bath. The air conditioning is nice and cool. The sun sets in the morning are glorious. This is a lovely location, about a 4 minute drive from Short Sands and a 2 minute drive from Nubble Lighthouse. We walked to a nearby ice cream shop, and drove everywhere else. (I imagine the beach could be walkable, but when carrying beach gear it would be a pretty long walk, and the parking at Short Sands is inexpensive and ample). The kitchen is well stocked with the basics. Nice full size laundry facilities in the home. The 3-floor set up allows for lots of privacy. No problem parking 1-2 cars right out front. Quiet neighborhood. Very lovely.

Fantastic views and nice property

This was a nice, clean higher-end house, with fantastic views and a gorgeous deck. The property manager was very responsive and effective and the location was convenient for access to Short Sands or Long Sands beaches.

Great Property - Great Property Owner

The property was fantastic, well appointed and with spectacular views. We had a few minor concerns when we arrived and the owner Rick called us immediately and resolved everything . We've rented many upscale properties in high demand areas and found managers and owners simply take the renter for granted. More often than not, these properties were dirty and less than what was presented. Rick and this property restored our faith that some owners still really care about your experience. Great property, you won't be disappointed!

Absolutely fabulous

My mother and I had a girls weekend here and it was so perfect. This was the nicest vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The views are unreal, the pictures don’t even do it justice. We never wanted to leave the house! Along with the spectacular views, the house was extremely well equipped and so comfortable. The bedrooms are spacious and quiet. The bathrooms are luxurious, and the kitchen is beautiful! It was an easy walk to short sands beach and the neighborhood was lovely. I really can’t say enough good things about this property. We will definitely be back!

Dream vacation

The views of the ocean were just spectacular! This house was just so perfect for me and my family to enjoy a dream vacation. I woke up every morning to watch the beautiful sunrise right from the deck with my coffee. There is amazing views from every window it is just breathtaking! The sound system was wonderful we used it all week, playing games on deck or eating our meals or just hanging out. I honestly never wanted to leave the house. The owner Rick was so accommodating to all my questions and wonderful property manager Bruce was there to help with any needs plus a nice chat! It’s perfect location where it’s close enough to walk to beach, town or to the lighthouse. I would definitely go back I’m already dreaming of it! -CindyZ

Amazing!

This property does not disappoint. Beautiful, clean and great neighborhood... short sands beach and Nubble lighthouse within walking distance. Sunrise views from every room. My family and l were pleasantly surprised with this gem.
