The room wasn't cleaned properly. Their was hair all over the bathroom floor, towels, and a strand of hair in the bed sheets. The shower water was ice cold and only hot one night out of our 3 night stay. The first night, there were teens running through the halls knocking on room doors at midnight and again at 2am.

I don't appreciate a knock on the door at 11:02am, with the staff stating you will be charged if you will stay until 12pm. It wasn't even a busy hotel. No indoor swimming pool when I specifically booked this hotel because of it. Definitely not coming back.

The room wasp very clean and everything was working properly. My only frustration was we booked a room with a roll in shower and didn’t get that. It worked out fine. The staff did offer to change our room the day after check in, however, we were already settled in.

The facilities are beautiful. I loved the area of the pool and how the rooms had a back door with direct access to the pool. My family loved it. I just hoped the bathrooms were much cleaner, especially the shower.
