Run don't think about it RUN!

I had started going to the days inn for anniversaries with my wife. We liked it so much we decided to go there for family get aways. We had a few power outages and stayed. The air conditioning worked great except my last 3 stays. 2 of which were big anniversary. One was 20 years of marriage. The 2nd was 25 years of being together. And both times no air conditioning. The clerk even had the stones to tell me on 75 degree weather people are asking for heat in Ohio. The 3rd time was an emergency with my grandsons .4 month old and 2 years old. You ever torture kids in a smoldering hotel room when it's 80 degrees outside? We'll if you want to stay at the Days inn . They stopped cleaning carpets long ago. The bathrooms have rusted tubs and paint peeling from the ceiling. Last night's room didn't have the paint peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom but it had a nice large piece of the drywall like sliced and pulledback sorta. Not the easiest thing to explain. I was promised a complimentary night to bake up for the earlier incidents but good luck collecting. They look at you life they have no idea. You said an evil evil word free so it's like you have leprosy when you try to collect: on what is owed to you by their admission. This incident the manager leaves me a rude message sorry we couldn't satisfy you the last 3 stays ill refund you pay nights stay . Stay very fast away from the days inn in Niles Ohio. Pay a few dollars more and go to a place that takes pride in their hote

just okay

There was a bedspread left on the chair from whoever was there before us, the air didn't work, and it was close to 90 outside. The bed was comfortable but it's a very dated place and next time I'll be choosing some place different to stay.

First nights room smelled like pee. The rest of the stay was ok except ac wouldnt work so we were beyond hot. All furnishings were staind or broken.. would not recommend

I liked the price. However, the water pressure was awful and it goes from ice cold to scolding hot within seconds. The air conditioning in the room was pitiful!!! Hotter than hell during the day and freezing at night. The gentleman that cked me in was nice. But, the woman from housekeeping was rude! I had an extended stay and she came and knocked on the door and asked if we needed/wanted anything. I told her id like the room cleaned along with the bathroom and fresh towels. She needed all the dirty stuff right then becuz she was on her way to the other bldg right and we needed to be out of the room within an hour. When we came back to the room the floor wasn't swept and the bathroom wasn't cleaned.

For the money and convenience it is very good. It is an old motel. The rooms are smokey smelling. You have to ask for dry towels and they do not enter the room to make the bed or anything for a three night stay.

The room looked dirty. The chair had black stains on it. The white sheet had a stain and it was torn. The carpet was coming up by the wall and the air conditioner did not work good at all. Also the mattress was sinking in.

Good value for area, clean rooms, pleasant staff. Although a bit dated on the outside plus the condition of the driveway doesn't give a good impression, we enjoyed our stay. Convenient to many amenities.
