We read reviews and it was exactly what I expected. Clean and basic amenities. Good for a night. It was great to have Boneshakers attached to the hotel, they had great food! Hotel coffee in the morning was decent, we are not bagel or cereal people so we did not eat the continental breakfast.

Our go to hotel in Dalem.

We have stayed at the Stables Inn and Suites every time we have visited our daughter in Salem. We have enjoyed each stay. The staff have been pleasant and helpful and rooms have been clean and comfortable each time. The beds are alittle firmer than I typically like but comfortable non the less.

Very uncomfortable

when I would leave the room in the morning the temp. for the hvac would be on 73 degrees at six pm when I returned it was still on 73 but the room temp. was 78 when I asked at the desk they offered me a fan and explained to me that they have a chiller, boiler system that can not keep up with the 90 degrees outside. The temp.would rise to 80 degrees by midnight before starting to decline and get back to 73 by 6 am. Absolutely miserable stay at the Stables. At 10 at night I would go take a nap in my car because it was so much cooler outside than inside.
