Rules
Air conditioning is to be set at 80 degrees, heating system to 65 degrees, when leaving the bungalow for more than a couple of hours.
$30 fine for items left under bed, condoms left anywhere =$150 each.
Antique waste system requires septic friendly toilet paper.
Quiet time: 10pm
Bungalow must be left in "as found" condition. Loss/damage is responsibility of renter. Replacement cost owner discretion
