- Very bad water pressure - showering is difficult - Primary bathroom toilet difficult to flush - Clogged shower heads - Second bathroom sink coming off the wall- Cheap, uncomfortable, worn dirty furniture- Upholstery and throw pillows dirty and worn - No rugs - echoes - Old used slippers were really gross and weird amenity- No curtains in the main space - Most of the window screens gone - Slow WiFi - Need Kitchen scissors- Need Lighter- Need More flatware 4x is not enough - Tongs would be useful - Cocktail glasses would be useful - No Dustpan - Dirty oven hood- Dirty glass light fixtures over kitchen bar bathroom - Second bedroom sliding door lock doesn’t work- Most of the vinyl records are gone. Just coversThis house feels really poorly maintained and desperately in need of care, deep cleaning, plumbing, landscaping, and updated furnishings. Booking and check in were complicated. Location was decent (if you don’t mind the smell of horse. I love horses). Local hosts were kind and attentive. Mostly the owners need to tend to the house and I’m surprised Hi Desert Dwellings is willing to represent this house in the condition it’s in. It would be difficult to trust this company again to accurately represent a rental property.
