No ice machine, no bedding for pull out couch, a/c in bedroom didn’t work first night and when they came to fix it we were gone and they made a mess on the bed with dust and debris from tools or ac unit or something. Also asked for them to bring towels up and it took them an hour. Conditioner in the shower didn’t despense. My keycards stopped working at 8am the day of check out even though check out is suppose to be 11am. Room was too expensive for all of that
