Quiet RV living on a shared and gated lot with your own private driveway and 5 ft high fenced yard. This furnished 2 bedroom cozy trailer has 2 slide outs with queen and twin beds.

All utilities included: electric, water, sewer, trash, propane, WiFi, Dish Network and Roku TV. Outdoor grill, washer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee makers, toaster oven, dishes, cotton sheets, towels, pillows, heat and air conditioning provided.

Self check-in and not in 55+ RV park. Quiet neighborhood and owner lives onsite. I value my privacy and will respect yours. You most likely will not see your host unless you need something. There is a small saltwater pool on property, but is not heated November-March.

The entire RV retreat is yours during the stay and includes off street parking, entrance gate and fenced area. The space is furnished with anything you may need to get you started including coffee, bottled water, paper towels, soap, etc.

Weekly laundry service included: up to 3 loads including towels, sheets, blankets or clothing. There is a small washing machine but no dryer in the unit. Heated and outdoor clotheslines provided and laundromats nearby.

Ask for discount on 3+ month stay.

Kindly keep in mind before booking that a RV camping trailer has some quirks such as height and weight limitations, poor insulation and water pressure, holding tank maintained from the outside, and use of propane for the on-demand water heater, furnace, stove and BBQ.

I welcome you to stay in the sunniest city in the world and winter lettuce capital. Snowbirds and long-term guests welcome.

Everything was exactly as advertised. The host was exceptional. Bottles of water in the refrigerator, a supply of snacks and a magazine covering what to see and do while in Yuma. We couldn't have asked for anything more. We would love to come back.

Month in a great neighborhood

The guest house is on a gated lot, the house is well kept and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoyed the outside space everyday and used the grill most days we ate in during the month. Jennifer was a ailable for any question. This was a great stay. The listing is spot on.
