Beds were comfortable, linens clean and better quality than expected, good pillows, full sized fridge. Much better than expected. Breakfast was not bad. We would stay here again.

The staff called my room at 2:30am and woke me up saying I had loud music. Being they woke me up I went outside and the loud music wasn't even in the hotel. I couldn't go back to sleep and they refused to give me a refund. Very disappointed and they ruined my trip

Floor and bedding were dirty and gross. Had to call to get it cleaned, receptionist was rude and inconvenienced. Loud music was playing from 2am-4am, didn't get any sleep. Don't waste your money coming here.

The “breakfast” is stale cereal, waffles, toast, muffins, weird tasting juices, and coffee. I enjoyed the lemon water and the pool.

The bed had a roach crawl on it that minute we walked into the room. We lifted the mattress and the frame had cobb webs on it. I stripped the sheets and found mold on one of the pillow. This is unacceptable as housekeeping should have cought all of this. I had already paid for the room and felt of I changed rooms I may find additional problems. Needless to say I will never ever stay at this hotel again. Also, they said they do breakfast, but all they had was coffee and small packs of chocolate donuts which is unacceptable for the price for the stay. I'm very disappointed!
