The semi basement apt is very clean and quiet. The host, Robert, welcomed us with a nice plate of coldcuts, fruits and wine. Walking to the old city takes about 30 minutes,but Uber is just $5 - $6. Parking is included, and there is no A/C.

Excellent apartment

If you find yourself in Zadar, this apartment is excellent. My partner and I were surprised by how clean and well-stocked it was, with loads of amenities. The hosts communication was great. Ana met us outside, showed us how everyting worked and where everything was, included some thoughtful food and drinks and showed us the outside space that we had access too. She was always available if we had any questions. The only thing to note is the aprtment is around 1.5 miles from the city centre, but if you dont mind the walk (my partner and I used it to walk off the good food and drinks from the city); I'd highly recommend Ana's apartment!

I stayed with my partner in this apartment for two days during our croatian road trip. Anna and her husband welcomed us very warmly. They walk us through the apartment and offered us as a small gift some typical cheese and cold meat that we enjoyed. The apartment has everything that you might need during your holidays. In our case, for instance, the kitchen was equipped with washing machine and on the outside a cloth line to put your clothes to dry. Also, it included the parking lot, in the same place, which again, made our stay very easy. If I were to come back to Zadar soon, I'd definitely have this apartment in mind!
