It is located in Tsilivi area just a five minutes drive from the center of Zakynthos town, ten minutes walk from the sandy beach of Tsilivi. The property is the perfect setting for a Mediterranean unforgettable holiday. The villa is carefully designed to offer privacy and supreme comfort for families, friends or couples. GROUND FLOOR

The interior is very elegantly decorated with high quality furniture, impeccably designed to offer a truly indulging holiday experience.. The airy ground floor features a sizeable living room with a sofa that can also accomodate one person, a small bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with large sliding balcony doors . The Kitchen and the living room have direct access to the private pool where you can relax surrounded by nature and soak up the warm Greek sun.

1ST FLOOR

The sleeping area is on the first floor. It has two bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. The one bedroom has a double bed and the other bedroom has two single beds that can be joined to become a King size bed. Each bedroom has a direct access to a private scenic veranda overlooking the swimming pool area. Villa can accomodate up to 5 guests.

VILLA EXTERIOR

Private swimming pool (34sqm) including sunbeds, umbrellas and sitting areas. The outside pergola with a BBQ is the perfect place for dining. Also there is a private parking space. Make your evenings colourful with garden BBQ.

Super villa/ Great location

Delighted with the quality of the villa, the pool and surroundings. Daily servicing and provision of fresh towels, etc. Hosts kind and readily available for advice, etc. Location good for access to beaches, shops and many good restaurants, yet in a tranquil setting.

We have just returned from Aguacate (Agave) villa's.Part of a 5 villa complex that is immaculate and very well looked after. All the staff are very courteous and do their very best to keep it so clean and tidy. We had cleaners in every day changing towels and making up our beds. Would we go back? definitely. We have stayed in many villa's across Europe but I can say for certain that this is one of if not the best we have rented. Many thanks to everyone who made our stay superb.

Very nice stay

The property is very clean and everything is well thought through. There is enough space and a very nice pool area with space to sit. The house is near a nice town with shops and restaurants but it's also a great location to make excursions from. We had an amazing experience with very friendly cleaning ladies and also the host was very kind and always answered quickly. I would totally recommend it!!
