We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Zanesville. The staff were friendly and informative; our room was nice and clean, and the breakfast was good. If in the area again, this is where we will stay.

Hotel was extremely clean and up-to-date. Room was spacious and quiet, plenty of places to charge devices and lighting was adequate. The mattress was comfortable. The pillows were our only complaint, they were like sleeping on a melting marshmallow.

Staff was very friendly & professional. Breakfast buffet was good. Only complaints are that my door lock kept malfunctioning. So every time we left our room we had to get our keys rekeyed. Staff did what they could for that. Also being on a first floor next to elevator was not a good choice. Could hear all the noises & room is not very sound proofed.

Everything was great. I’m weird about cleanliness and it was very clean. The hot tub was great. The pool was a little cold and the pool room was so hot it was hard to breathe so that’s my only complaint.

so as a disabled person who uses a mobility scooter...even though the rooms were nice they are not set up for a disable person. they did have a shower chair that clamped in but not the ideal thing. great staff who were always helpful and everything else was awesome.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have visited. The hotel is modern, clean and located in an area with many dining options. Our handicapped accessible room was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped and the room was attractive. The staff was very responsive and provided a shower chair upon request. The satellite TV reception was somewhat spotty due to storms in the area. The hot breakfast was outstanding. We have stayed here in the past and will return in the future

Great hotel

First time staying there. It was a very nice hotel. The beds and pillows were very soft and comfortable. It was nice to have Dove soap in the shower and on the sink provided by the hotel. The hot tub was amazing, but the pool wasn't as warm as we would've liked it. Breakfast was really nice and the cinnamon rolls were the best.
