The room was perfect. We dined in and the 4 course steak dinner was phenomenal. But the real special part of this whole experince is Joy, the inkeeper. She is absolutely spectacular. Her service and cooking are top tier. She is so kind and makes you feel like family.
Joy was a friendly heartwarming individual, and her purpose is to make people feel welcome and satisfied. She did both. Great work and we recommend it to anyone

A Little History Goes a Long Way
The location was perfect and the view AMAZING!! Joy, the owner, and her dog Chewey were a delight.
The B&B is the home of the late founder of Longaberger Baskets; which is why we booked for attending the annual Basket Festival.
The home is gorgeous despite the outdated decor.
The facilities like AC, water pressure, ceiling fan, etc were great.
Could use a good clean but not something I would not return for.
The room we stayed in was the City Lights. Amazing view, and wrap around porch, with jacuzzi. However the television in the room only gets 4 or 5 channels.
Everything was amazing. Joy was a fantastic host. Her food was unbelievable. She was sweet as sugar and made our anniversary so rememberable. The decor was fantastic. The bedding was comfortable. We were in the Hideaway room and it was very nice. We enjoyed Dresden and the Inn made it magical. We will absolutely be back. The sangria was amazing! Thank you so much Joy!
The hostess was nice and accommodating. The rooms are extremely dated and not very clean. There was no hot water. The temperature in the Inn was very warm but the air conditioning in the room was great. The dog was very friendly.
The hotel and property were lovely. Breakfast was great. The only (minor) issue that we had was that our room was changed from the one we chose. We did get an upgrade, but it would have been nice to have been contacted and asked beforehand.
