The staff is mostly friendly. The bathrooms could benefit from a fully enclosed shower, but the place is nice. Coffee and water are available in the lobby.
The property's location is excellent. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are old. We booked a triple room, as we were three adults, but they gave us a double with an extra bed. We complained, but to no avail. The reception staff was unhelpful. They wouldn't even help us book a taxi to the airport.
This is a nice cozy hotel close to all main amenities of the city. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We felt the air conditioning may need some upgrading and we felt hot all the time making sleeping difficult
When booked at hotels.com it said parking available near by but it should say that the property is not reachable by car and clearly put the exact parking lot called Indigo Ayuntamiento so the traveller park the car then go by foot to the hotel which is only a block away, very convenient.
The lady on the front desk has either to much work or no patience for travellers.
The room was excellent so the breakfast buffet for only 9EUR
Location is unbeatable, centrally located near Zaragoza main attractions. The hotel in modern, clean and comfortable. Bathroom was well appointed with strong pressure. Beds were comfortable with decent pillows. The only drag was the AC. It was underwhelming. Room felt âfreshâ but not cool.
Pit stop between Madrid and Barcelona for an early flight. The hotel is a bit dated with need of some minor upgrades. Comfortable room and great shower pressure. The location is perfect! for the $, is definitely worth it. Restaurant and shops are a few steps away. The front desk agent was great as well as the rest of the staff I came across. If you need parking, do not try to go to the hotel in you car, there is no access. Find the Parking Indigo-Ayuntamiento off P Echegaray y Caballero. 18 Euros a day and less than 5 minute walk to the hotel.
Hotel was a pleasure to stay in with nice size rooms and beds very comfortable. The room was super clean offering coffee and small fridge was a bonus. Shower had nice water pressure. Staff were very nice and helpful speaking many languages. The only issue we had was the Air conditioner didnât really work very well. It was not even hot temps outside but it got very warm at night so we tried AC but nothing was coming on so we had to open window to try and cool room down unfortunately cause of that you are awoken early with cleaning happening outside in early morning. It would be hard to stay in summer heat with no AC or fan.
Aside from this the hotel was centrally located in the beautiful city and we enjoyed our stay.
