Fantastic central location and stunning lake views.

2 bedroom apartment (approx 65sq.m). Ideal for skiing and summer holidays - 3 minutes walk to City Xpress ski lift and 5-10 minutes walk to the centre of Zell am See.

Spacious balcony with room to enjoy meals and relax, it has wonderful panoramic view over the lake. The apartment is in a peaceful and quiet location with parking right outside the apartment.

The main bedroom has a double bed. The second bedroom is a very small room with adult size bunkbeds.

There are free parking spaces available, though there is not a reserved parking space.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor in the building, there are no lifts in the building.

This is a spacious apartment with an amazing view over the town to the lake.The kitchen had everything that we needed to prepare breakfast and dinner each day.We enjoyed our stay in Zel Am See. Nicoletta (at All in One Apartments who manage the apartment) was very helpful.We were unable to get to the parking up the very steep driveway due to snow and Nicolletta arranged an alternative location to park which was very much appreciated.We felt that the apartment was good value for what we paid.Keep a little energy in the legs for the walk up the hill at the end of the day.Finally, Zel am See / Kaprum / Saalbach was a great ski resort that we will return to if we return to Austria (from Australia).

Great view , quite location up away from the traffic and tourists , approx 300 metres from zell am see express gondola. book a ski locker at the Brundl sports depot at the gondola to save carrying equipment back home each day. good heating in every room inc bathroom. small kitchen ,but has everything you need and heaps of good resturants close by. Spar and Billa supermarkets in the town and Lidl and Hofer a couple of kilometres away . excellent bus service to link Kaprun , Saalbach and Leogang inc in ski pass. Loved the location.

Clean and fully equipped, some may say a little dated, but we thought it had a lovely character. Great position just away from the busy centre but only a few minutes walk. Free parking and washing machine was ideal for us touring on our Vespas!

Another great stay

This was the second time myself and 3 other adults stayed in this apartment. They were very accommodating and let us check in early. The apartment was clean, comfortable and warm. It's not suitable for some as there is a steep hill to get to the building and then steps in the apartment block.

Comfortable apartment with amazing views

4 adults had a very comfortable stay here for a week skiing. Had all amenities we needed, warm and clean. Just be warned the apartment is up a hill which doesn't seem like much, but is tough to walk up in ski boots and carrying skis. Also the shower head does not stay on the wall so you have to hold it yourself-obviously not a big deal but am easy fix!

Great slope access, gorgeous views

We visited Zel over the New Year week and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We originally booked the apartment for our family of 4 however added an extra 2 guests at the last minute with no problems. It was a bit of a squeeze with 6 of us due to our extra guests setting up camp on and around the sofa bed but perfectly manageable. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay including decent ski storage in the cellar area. The apartment is a very short distance from the main gondola however, those amazing views form the balcony come at a price. The apartment is at the top of a short but very steep hill. Perfect in the morning when gravity made up for our slow pace with tired ski legs but caused us a few dramas coaxing 3 tired ski bunny children to carry their kit back up at the end of the day. We booked ski hire through Euro Sport which is close to the apartment and we received a decent discount as well as discovering a free bar whilst we waited for fitting. However, ski locker hire was only available through Intersport (at the main lift) and at such a busy time of year they were only offering hire to their customers. If we returned we would pay extra for the convenience. I believe that in quieter weeks you can hire lockers regardless though. We arrived in resort at lunch time so had to wait out to collect our key. This wasn't an issue as we found a lovely bar to wait in however, in hindsight we should have used this time to arrange our ski hire and avoid the big queues later in the day. No fun with 3 tired children in tow. We caught the train to resort, easy enough with the transport details provided in our information sheet by our host. The train from the airport was fast and reasonably priced. We caught the resort bus back which was also reasonably priced. If you are visiting Zel with children then we can thoroughly recommend visiting Deims and Meins (I think it is called that) in the centre. They have a cosy basement bar with pool tables, dart boards etc and are very child friendly. We took up residence there most days. We were lucky enough to be invited to their roof terrace at midnight NYE to watch the fireworks too. The resort pass gives you access to runs across Kaprun. We traveled to the Kitschteinhorn one day using the ski bus (free with ski pass) and took a gondola across cot the top of the slopes in Kaprun. This sky gondola was very impressive and only opened ion Nov 19.

Beautiful view and close to town

We had a lovely stay here, the property remained lovely and cool all day even when temperate got to 32 outside. The view from the balcony is amazing. Apartment was clean and tidy. We would have thought it to be a squeeze if 6 people stayed but with just 2 adults and a baby it was perfect! Added benefit of the washing machine which meant after a long day of walking we could do washing which we did a couple of times.

Property clean and tidy and ideally located. Could just do with a few more glasses and heating in the lounge needs fixing. Not enough to put anyone off as it's ideal for the price. Suits family of 4.

Great location and great view

The flat has a great view and being just up from Zell Am See is in a good location. All the basic things like shower, cooker, washing machine worked well which is important when it's a family holiday. There's loads to do in the area too, all within easy reach of the flat. We had a couple of minor issues but the owners were great about getting these sorted out.

Toplage und Blick, aber veraltet

Sehr schön gelegene Wohnung nah der Gondel in einem 14-Parteienhaus mit hervorragenden Blick auf dem See. Die Wohnung und das ganze Haus sind leider etwas veraltet und nicht sehr einladend.Stark beschädigte Fliesen insb. in der Küche. Wer gerne selber kocht, sollte sich ein scharfes Messer mitbringen und wissen, das kein Geschirrspüler vorhanden ist. Das kleine Zimmer mit dem Hochbett hat nur ein Mini-Fenster mit Blick auf eine Wand. Eine vernünftige Glühbirne wäre hilfreich. Das große Zimmern und das Wohnzimmer sind aber ok. Gemütliches Sofa und großer TV.Vom Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis top.
