Our favorite Swiss hotel

We loved this Swiss Chalet hotel in Zermatt. Thor and his wife were so helpful with everything during our stay and made us feel like family. The flowers on the property, the location and room were everything we expected from Switzerland.

We selected Hotel Romantica for its convenient location and online reviews. Very pleased with our two night stay. The hotel is comfortable with everything you need and more. Upon checking in Thor greeted us and was most gracious! He shared recommendations and guided our stay.
