Beautiful views with excellent breakfast location and views. They also served a wide variety of food. Amazing gym with a solid selection of equipment that also was spacious. Overall, some attention to detail was missing as our bathroom door was broken, therefore could not be closed. The shampoo bottle was empty and fell off the wall. The body wash bottle contained conditioner.

After some issues with rooms upon check in, the matter was finally resolved but did involve moving to different rooms than booked. Also a note for guests the kitchens in the suites are not equipped with any cookware, dishes or utensils despite having a hob and dishwasher which we found to be bizarre. On a positive note the rooms are very clean, beds are comfortable and the restaurant caters for a range of dietary requirements.

Oda temizliği sonrası nedense bornozlar alınmış. Hadi aldın, yenisini koy, koyulmamış. Odaya ilk geldiğimizde dental kit bir adetti. Bir de sen Dedeman’sın, düzgün marka bir toz kahve koyabilirsin. Ayrıca o nasıl bir otel logosu… En önemlisi otelin kapasitesi yetersiz. Otopark sorunu var. Havuz ve spor salonu halka açılmış, çok kalabalıktı. Kahvaltı salonu da galiba halka açılmış, ikinci sabah yer bulamadık resmen. Kahvaltıda kullanılan ürünler çok ortalama. Odalara giden halıfleksler kirli. Bu fiyata Paris’te Eyfel manzaralı, Milano’da Duomo manzaralı bir otelde kalabilirsiniz.
