Amazing studio in the city centre (Art 19)

Amazing studio (30 sqm) in the city center, close to the Kunsthaus Zurich.
Studio is on the 3rd floor with a nice balcony.
There is a boxspring bed (160 x 200 cm) suitable for 2 people, a separate kitchen and a bathroom.
This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit.

The studio is 5 min walking away from Kunsthaus Zurich and 6-8 min walking away from main square Bellevue and Zurich Lake.
There are grocery shops (Spar, Coop) and a lot of nice restaurants nearby.

From Zurich Airport to the flat:
- take a train to train station Stadelhofen, then walk 8 minutes to the flat or
- take a train to Zurich HB (main train station), then take tram number 3 (direction Klusplatz) to Kunsthaus and walk 2 min to the flat.

Train station Stadelhofen is 8 min walking away.
The closest tram station is Kunsthaus (2 min walking away) - it is very well connected by trams 9, 3, 5, 8 and buses 31, 33 with other parts of the Zurich City.

Latest check out time is 10 am.

Make yourself at home, all we ask is that you treat it as you would your own. There are other tenants in the building, please don`t disturb them with loud music, etc.

There is an open wifi in the building - you do not need a password for it.

Washer and dryer are in the basement of the building for the common use with other tenants in the building, free of charge.
Please, provide your own washing detergent and respect the washing plan and instructions. Thank you.

The apartment will be cleaned after your departure, but please tidy up before you leave, i.e. clean the dishes, dispose of food. And please take out the trash - the container is just in front of the building.

Smoking is not permitted in the apartment and in the building, 200 CHF penalty fee will be charged if you smoke, thanks for your understanding. No pets allowed, unless agreed with us prior to booking.

Please note there is no shampoo, conditioner, cream and soap. Towels and linen are provided.

You are not alone in the building, please respect the neighbors and reduce the noise after 10 pm, thank you.

Right, and finally here`s the fine print: The apartment and furniture is handed over in working condition and duly cleaned. The guest agrees to report and pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items. In the case that a key is lost, the guest agrees to pay for the change of the lock(s).
