Beware: No Check-in Code Sent! Check-in Nightmare
Stayed at VISIONAPARTMENTS Glattbrugg and while the apartment itself was modern and well-located near the train station, the check-in process was a disaster.
The property has no reception - instead, they claim to send an email with check-in instructions 24 hours before arrival. Spoiler: They didn’t.
Since we were on a flight, we expected the email upon landing. Nothing. Arrived at the building with no access code. Thankfully, a fellow guest let us in, and a bartender on the 7th floor helped us get our code by calling the management. But what if we’d arrived late at night? We’d be stuck outside, in the cold, in one of the most expensive countries to book a last-minute stay. Unacceptable.
Final Thoughts
✔️ Pros: Great location, well-equipped rooms.
❌ Cons: No reception, unreliable check-in, poor communication.
