There are lot to improve with limited additional expenses. Towels are too old, pillow cover is not big enough, there are lots of flies in the dining area. In bathroom please add cloth rack, shampoo etc.

It was a disaster
Booking a stay at this property was an absolute mistake. I have stayed at numerous star properties but never have I ever experienced such indifferent attitude and total lack of hospitality at a hotel. The hotel is an adhoc dhaba let alone a star hotel.
