When I checked in after a long day, the evening wine and food was a very welcoming touch, especially with it right next to the check-in desk. The breakfast was delicious! Pool was closed due to winter season outdoor closing Clean room was great Staff friendly Spa I did not see it but was with cost Pool closed outdoors no pool indoors The management should work with Holmes xx place like all other hotels. Prima and crown plaza too
