The staff was very friendly and attentive, they have a great communication system through txt and they are very responsive! Unfortunately, the room was not in the best condition, the kitchen outlet was not working. I also noticed mold in one of the pillow cases.

Yes, shops were near by and we used the pool designated for Signature Tower 2, since the pool for Signature Tower 1 was closed. Staff was professional and courteous. Our guide did not work on the television. Recommend.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful.
