Screen was off of window. Housekeeping missed scheduled cleaning day twice. One Ice Maker not operating the 11 days we stayed. Only other Ice Maker had problems 10% of the time.

The staff was very friendly and attentive, they have a great communication system through txt and they are very responsive! Unfortunately, the room was not in the best condition, the kitchen outlet was not working. I also noticed mold in one of the pillow cases.

Can’t even begin to say what a horrible experience this hotel was. Our room safety lock on door was broken - hallways were dimly lit, the staff was very unhelpful.
