I did NOT get the Mountain view that I paid for. They DOWNGRADED my room because they said that they don't guarantee the room types when you book through a third party like Hotels.com. I was EXTREMELY disappointed.

The self check in was horrible when you arrive. There is no valet parking anymore. the carpet in the hallway is worn and old. There was hair in my shower, and the the bathroom floors where filthy in the corners.
