This hotel was let down by poor house keeping. Stayed in Empire State Room. Room was not cleaned. Left without toilet roll. Very poor considering price.

The room was amazing, doubly so considering the price (it takes all of 5min on the train to get to Disney so it’s perfect for that). The breakfast was just ok. If there is no other option do it, otherwise pickup pastries as a nearby bakery or cafe. We will stay here again.

Room was a little tired in places, but clean and comfortable. The shuttle to and from Disney was very slick and made the long day seem seamless. The spa was an excellent experience and helped ease the tired legs from a day of walking at Disney.
