Immaculate hotel, perfect location close to metro lines to take you in to Rotterdam central. Great range of rooms, family room is very nice. Very friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. Food is very nice and very filling. Highly recommended.

Pretty soft furnishings made our room more homely and cosy. The kitchen had closed for the evening by the time we got downstairs but the waitress asked the chef if it would be ok to make us food, which was terribly kind. We had a problem with the shower head which got fixed asap

We had a comfortable night stay. We arrived late, we got a nice welcome at reception and headed straight to bed. Our bed was comfortable, however, the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied from previous occupant which wasn’t pleasant. We slept well, woke up to discover we had zero view from window ...
