Staff was friendly, things where clean. But there is no elevator to the upper floors.

The staff is gre at, willing to help, and always has a welcoming greeting for customers. Also clean rooms. Great hot tub and pool.

check in was good after that did not see any staff. Shampoo, and body wash bottles hanging in shower were empty. room 211 hand soap hanging by sink was just about empty. had just enough in that bottle for my stay
