That dirt remained there all weekend while the front desk staff (when they could be found) just watched videos on their phones. They could have been cleaning up the stairs or at least attempt to clean. ..."

"Overall this is a nice hotel and the staff is friendly. Unfortunately we did have a few issues that I called the front desk about and nothing was done. Our bathroom had mold on the ceiling, water temperature was lukewarm warm, coffee table was completely ruined, and the AC made a terrible noise all ..."

"Nice rooms. Air conditioner quit. So they moved us to another room. But the AC in that room did not get cool. They had a breakfast buffet coupon where you could eat for 5 dollars. But it didnt open till 8. We were on the road at 7. So that was useless."

"The pool was filthy. The coffee curdles. The room coffee maker missing pieces. The breakfast 'eggs' were still in liquid form. Lots of maintenance items and empty boxes throughout hotel. Holes in all surfaces...in all areas."
