Room was very neglected. Staff was all excuses. Elevator didn't work. TV was out. Bathtub was dirty, was told the "stains" would not come out. Ran out of coffee and every one was showing up early to get coffee and there was none. Big mistake taking coffee machine out of rooms. Not laundry products ...
