Our stay was very nice. We stayed in the family room which was big enough for 4. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed some cocktails in the lobby bar. Everyone was great!

I asked reception if I could borrow an electrical adaptor plug and they offered to sell me one for CHF10. The hotel I stayed in the previous two nights had loaned me one for free. That's the difference between good service and bad service.
