Woodspring Suites Sumter Near Shaw Afb
Room was clean, no frills, no breakfast. Checked in at 10PM and had to use the lobby phone to get someone to come to the registration desk. Checked out at 8AM and still nobody at the desk.

Comfort Suites Sumter near Shaw AFB
Terrible staff. Locked front door so front desk person could nap while i was stuck outside late at night waiting to check in. Not even an effort to apologize or compensate for the severe inconvenience. Breakfast was poor and several items just unavailable. Would NEVER stay here again.

When we got there, we cancelled the reservation. The pictures on Hotel.com are not the same as the Hotel in person. We saw the rooms. They smelled so bad. I informed the desk clerk and showed him the pictures on Hotel.com. He said a third party put those pictures online. I said to him that is not ...
